We generally DO NOT accept returns.
Delivery of Damaged Merchandise Policy:
We are not responsible for damage caused by any carrier, but we will work with you to get the issued resolved as quickly as possible. We can only get positive results if you follow the guidelines we have.
It is of high importance that any damage be noted at time of delivery with delivery driver, regardless of severity. This only aids in filing a successful claim.
Personalized & Custom Items Policy:
Please double check your details before submitting an order. Any Custom or Personalized Item ordered CAN NOT be canceled or returned, due to personalization of product.
Free Shipping Policy & Other Shipping Info:
We currently do not offer any Overnight Service. We do not currently offer International Shipping. If you need either, please contact us prior to a purchase.
Free shipping on any product is at manufacturer / suppliers discretion and usually ground shipping with most carriers.
